If you want to exchange your current key for the new SUPRA E-Key, and you already own a Palm VX device, then you will need to show up at the Swaggart Ministries building at your appointed time (between August 6th & August 9th). You will be receiving your specific appointment time and date by mail. 

If you have purchased a SUPRA® handheld computer or a Palm Vx from another source and would like to use it in conjunction with the eKEY shell, please contact Field Support at 877-699-6787.  SUPRA® needs to ensure that your Palm has 6MB of memory available to load the necessary applications and data.  Remember to bring your Palm, with the battery fully charged, to the installation.

You will need to bring with you the following:
  • Your present lockbox key
  • Your fully-charged Palm Vx (Cleared by Supra Field Support)
  • Your copy of your new key-lease agreement  (You will receive this in a packet by mail).
  • You should also be prepared to make your first monthly payment of $24 or an annual fee of $288 on the E-Key service.
