1. Locate the double click on the Task Scheduler Icon in the system tray in the lower right hand corner of your computer screen.

2. Locate and click on the icon labeled "Add Scheduled Task"

3. This will open up a "wizard" that will walk you through setting up a task, click on the "NEXT" button and follow the instructions from the Wizard.

4. Scroll down the list of available programs and locate "MLS Windows." Click on the MLS Windows Icon one time to highlight it (as in the picture below) and then hit the NEXT button at the bottom of the screen.

5. Select how often you would like for the program to come on, and click on the NEXT button

6. Indicate the time that you would like for the MLS Windows program to open. You should set this about 15 minutes prior to the time you have scheduled your timed download in the MLS Windows software. Once you have set a start time, click NEXT

7. This should take you to the Confirmation screen where you can verify the settings.
If everything is correct, then click on the "FINISH" button.

That’s it! Now, as long as you leave your computer on, MLS WINDOWS will automatically open every morning so that it can run the timed download in the software.
