1.  The following flood insurance rate maps were prepared from the Federal Emergency
     Management Agency Flood Insurance Rate Maps Community No. 220058
     Panel No's 0005-0125 dated May 17, 1993.
2.  For More Information Contact the Department of Public Works Flood Office at (225) 389-3197.
3.  For Flood Zone A Elevations that do not have Flood Hazard Facto Numbers contact the
     Department of Public Works Flood Office (225) 389-3197.
FLOOD MAPS AND PUBLICATIONS
Flood maps for E.B.R. Parish are available for review at the Department of Public Works (DPW) engineering Division (389-3197), at all of the E.B.R. Parish Public Libraries, the University Libraries. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Federal Insurance Administration (FIA) publications which include information on flood protection methods, flood insurance, and floodplain management are also available at most of these same locations. If you need information in the city limits of Baker, call 788-0850 or Zachary, call 654-6873. You also can obtain elevation certificates of recently constructed buildings at your local permit office.
