is Broker Exchange? |
Broker Exchange (BX)
is a system where brokers give each other permission to
display their listings on each others web sites. Brokers who participate in
the Broker Exchange program can display each others active
listings. The BX program is available to participants of the Greater Baton
Rouge Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (GBRAR MLS). The
BX Program only contains a portion of all active MLS listings. For the
most complete information on other listings that may not be included in the
BX program you should contact a REALTOR®. Properties that display the Broker Exchange Icon 
indicate that the listing may not belong to the broker advertising those
listings and the listing information was provided with the
permission of the listing Broker Exchange participant. |
